Petroglyph Hiking Tour

Summer schedule: 8:00 hrs. Arrival at La Canabina, the starting point of the activity. Welcome, basic instructions, and start of the hike. 10:30 hrs. Arrival at Camp 5, tour and introduction to local prehistory. Short break on the banks of the San Francisco stream. 11:00 hrs. Arrival at Camp 6, tour. 11:30 hrs. Return 13:30 hrs. Arrival at the starting point. Winter schedule: the activity begins at 9:00 hrs. and ends at 14:00 / 14:30 hrs.

How to get there

Estamos ubicados a 24 kms. del centro de la ciudad de Los Andes, en la comuna de San Esteban. Para llegar, transitar por la Ruta-753 hasta la entrada del portón La Canabina. Para que le abran el portón eléctrico, llame por teléfono al número entregado tras la reserva. Sega hacia adelante 1 km. más por un camino de tierra, sin desviarse por las entradas laterales, hasta llegar al sector de estacionamiento y recepción donde se encuentra un letrero pequeño de madera que dice: La Canabina. Solicite ubicación exacta y mayores detalles al realizar su reserva. (Se recomienda vehículo 4x4 o camioneta, a pesar de que todo vehículo puede llegar. También se puede contratar servicio de taxi, fuera de los servicios entregados por esta empresa).
