Extended - Experience

Aimed at experiences that require significant preparation well in advance, where operational costs are committed early. It offers an extensive period for free cancellation, an intermediate period for partial refund, and restricts cancellations close to the service date.

The refund percentage is calculated based on how far in advance you cancel relative to the service start date. Timeframes are measured in hours before the scheduled time.

• More than 30d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 15d and 30d before — 50% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 50% of the amount paid as a refund.
• Less than 15d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Regardless of the refund percentage applied, WildTrip will retain its commission for platform operation services. This commission is calculated on the amount returned to the service provider —not on the total booking value— and corresponds to the cancellation policy selected by the business when publishing its services on the WildTrip administration portal.
