Balances provider protection with traveler peace of mind. Offers a reasonable period for free cancellation, a partial refund tier, and restricts cancellations very close to the service date, suitable for accommodations with moderate operational preparation costs.

The refund percentage is calculated based on how far in advance you cancel relative to the service start date. Timeframes are measured in hours before the scheduled time.

• More than 3d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 1d and 3d before — 50% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 50% of the amount paid as a refund.
• Less than 1d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Regardless of the refund percentage applied, WildTrip will retain its commission for platform operation services. This commission is calculated on the amount returned to the service provider —not on the total booking value— and corresponds to the cancellation policy selected by the business when publishing its services on the WildTrip administration portal.
