Designed for accommodations that want to offer travelers the greatest confidence when booking. It provides ample room to cancel without cost and includes a partial refund for last-minute cancellations, making it the most attractive option for those seeking flexibility.

The refund percentage is calculated based on how far in advance you cancel relative to the service start date. Timeframes are measured in hours before the scheduled time.

• More than 1d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 6h and 1d before — 50% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 50% of the amount paid as a refund.
• Less than 6h before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Regardless of the refund percentage applied, WildTrip will retain its commission for platform operation services. This commission is calculated on the amount returned to the service provider —not on the total booking value— and corresponds to the cancellation policy selected by the business when publishing its services on the WildTrip administration portal.
