Requirements
- Minimum age 3 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Comfortable and warm layered clothing. Closed-toe footwear. Sunglasses and SPF 50+ sunscreen. Personal water and snacks.
Rules
- Respect pickup and departure times. No smoking inside the vehicle. Do not leave the group at stop points. Do not feed or disturb wildlife. Do not leave trash in the park. Follow the guide's instructions at all times. The guide may modify the itinerary due to weather or safety conditions.
Cancellation policy
Extended - Experience
Aimed at experiences that require significant preparation well in advance, where operational costs are committed early. It offers an extensive period for free cancellation, an intermediate period for partial refund, and restricts cancellations close to the service date.
- More than 30d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 15d and 30d before — 50% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 50% of the amount paid as a refund.
- Less than 15d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

The tour lasts a total of 10 to 12 hours, including transfers and stops at viewpoints.
3. What time does the tour depart?
Low season: 08:30 AM. High season: 07:00 AM. The exact pickup time is confirmed at the time of booking, depending on your location.
4. Where do I get picked up from?
We offer pickup from Puerto Natales, your hotel, or the airport (private service). For shared service, pickup is from a central point in Puerto Natales.
5. Does the tour include meals?
It does not include lunch or drinks. We recommend bringing your own lunch or purchasing it before departure. We make stops at points with services.
6. Do I need to pay an entrance fee to the park?
Yes, the entrance fee to Torres del Paine National Park is not included. You must purchase it in advance on the official CONAF website.
7. Is there a lot of trekking or walking?
No. This is a panoramic tour designed to enjoy the landscapes from the vehicle with short stops at viewpoints. Walks are minimal and optional.
8. Is it suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the tour is accessible for all types of people. Stops are at easily accessible points. If you need specific assistance, please indicate it when booking.
9. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
The tour runs in rain or wind. It is only suspended due to severe weather alerts or park closure. In that case, rescheduling or a refund will be arranged.
10. Does the vehicle have Wi-Fi and chargers?
Yes, we have Starlink Wi-Fi and USB chargers on board so you can stay connected during the tour.
