Canelo Route
The 12km round trip Canelo Route takes 7 hours. We begin by kayaking from the mouth of the Cutipay River to its source. This river originates from two streams, and we will navigate one of them, the Pichauka stream. During the navigation, we will identify and recognize various bird and flora species. Once at the stream, we will stop for a meal and explore a native Valdivian forest trail, which is surrounded by a 'hualve' type ecosystem.
