- More than 3d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 3d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in a raft?
Our rafts are for 6 people, and in some exceptions, a maximum of 8 participants can go per raft. If your group consists of 9 or more participants, we will have to divide them, and they will go in different rafts, but obviously on the same descent.
Is the activity suspended if it rains?
Don't worry, as long as there are no road closures or cuts ordered by the authorities, we carry out the activity without any problems.
From what age can the descent be done?
Children from 8 years of age or 1.30 m tall can do the activity.
Do you need to know how to swim?
Don't worry, it's not necessary to know how to swim. And for your peace of mind, we'll explain why: Here at Nat, we will provide you with a life vest, which, if for any reason you fall into the water, will make you float like a cork.
