Route through the Biocultural Heritage of Vicuña

On this 4-hour route through biocultural heritage sites, we will visit ancient paths to towns with pre-Columbian and colonial origins. We will pass through railway heritage sites of the Elquino train. And natural heritage sites like the carob forest, with constant observation of other native species along the way. We will also observe archaeological sites such as petroglyphs, mining sites, and pre-Columbian roads in an inspiring landscape. A visit to an artisanal pisco distillery in the Commune of Vicuña is optional. All of this is accompanied by a tasting of local fruits and products, plus a local identity souvenir as a gift. Visit to Ancient Towns from Vicuña
We depart originally from the city of Vicuña (or from the passengers' meeting point), exploring ancient towns and railway heritage, observing various native species until we reach a carob forest. We will then observe pre-Columbian roads, petroglyphs, and pre-Columbian mining sites. At one of our stops, we will taste seasonal native fruits and local products.
