Normal - Experience

Designed for experience providers who incur logistical costs prior to service delivery, such as food, transportation, entrance fees, accommodation reservations, or other complementary supplies. It offers different refund tiers based on the cancellation notice, protecting both the provider and the traveler.

• More than 15d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Between 7d and 15d before — 60% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 60% of the amount paid as a refund.
• Between 3d and 7d before — 30% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 30% of the amount paid as a refund.
• Less than 3d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
