Designed for experience providers who incur logistical costs prior to service delivery, such as food, transportation, entrance fees, accommodation reservations, or other complementary supplies. - More than 15d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 7d and 15d before — 60% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 60% of the amount paid as a refund.
- Between 3d and 7d before — 30% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 30% of the amount paid as a refund.
- Less than 3d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
