An activity where we descend a rock approximately 12 to 14 meters high, connected with all the necessary equipment. Safety rope, harness, helmet, descenders, carabiners, etc. Suitable for ages 18 to 60 (if physical and mental capacities allow). Maximum weight per person up to 95 kilos. Includes safety, guiding, technical equipment, and a photo pack. Life insurance is not included. Minimum participants: 2. Maximum participants: 6. Languages: Spanish, English

How to get there
Son 390km desde Puerto Montt, pero no hay un tramo directo por tierra, por lo que debes considerar los tiempos que te tomarán las barcazas. •Naviera Austral: es un viaje directo en barcaza desde Puerto Montt a Chaitén con una duración de 10 hrs. Aprox. Puedes viajar con o sin vehículo. •Ruta bimodal: Es una ruta que combina tramos de barcaza y tierra, con una duración de 10hrs. Hasta Chaitén. Puedes viajar en bus (buses Kemel) o en vehículo (somarco) •Avión: Desde Puerto Montt, en el aeródromo La Paloma, hay empresas que pueden llevarte hasta Chaitén en 40min. Aprox. Todos los días desde Chaitén a Futaleufú 12:00 PM y 16:30 PM (Costanera) Todos los días desde Futaleufú a Chaitén 6:00 AM Y 11:00 AM (Terminal municipal)

Designed for experience providers who incur logistical costs prior to service delivery, such as food, transportation, entrance fees, accommodation reservations, or other complementary supplies. It offers different refund tiers based on the cancellation notice, protecting both the provider and the traveler.
- More than 15d before — 100% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Between 7d and 15d before — 60% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 60% of the amount paid as a refund.
- Between 3d and 7d before — 30% refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive 30% of the amount paid as a refund.
- Less than 3d before — No refund. Cancellations within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
